It was a refreshing 13C under a sunny sky with humidity of 84% this morning when Chester and I went for our walk along the Red River. The wildlife sightings were limited to a family of noisy crows and several bunnies for Chester to stalk. I did see some ducks, but they were busy foraging in the bushes that should be on land, but are still in the water – and its difficult to focus on the bird. The hot air balloons were out for an early ride too.
I found out from Barry that the flower I took a picture of yesterday is Goat’s Beard and today, it had formed this seed pod.
The crows were being very noisy (as crows can be) and I’m not sure I would have been as entertained by them as I was at 6:30 am, if I lived along the river. 🙂
