Yesterday’s walk along the Red River with Chester was very pleasant although the sun didn’t shine until after I got home. The only picture I took was one of some geese flying but managed to make 2 pictures from it. 🙂
Then we’re into zoo pictures again to show some elk. I see these elk every time I go to the zoo, but they seldom leave the gate and I never get pictures of them. This time, the females were making noises I’d never heard from them before and walking towards me – so I got some pictures of the girls and their babies. I actually took a video of the elk to record the sound, but ended up deleting it by mistake while downloading the pictures. 😦
I wish all the big cats at the zoo could have a chunk of the space that the hoofed animals get. The main fault I find with the zoo is the small enclosures for the lions, tigers, cougars, leopards, lynx and bobcat.
