A Duck

While walking Chester along the Red River yesterday morning, I stopped to take pictures of the colourful weeds along the river – but a duck kept getting into the picture.  😉

You can probably figure out that the duck was actually what I was trying to get a picture of – but the camera insisted on focusing on the weeds.

Anyway, here are some out-of-focus duck pictures with some weeds in front of it.

The weeds are pretty colourful though – aren’t they?  🙂

As I mentioned the other day, it has been decided to turn the camera off for the Potted Plant Owl at Africam.  They are waiting a short time longer just on the faint possibility that one of the eggs still may hatch.

The other cameras are still going strong though so you can drop by anytime and watch one or more of them.  There is a multi-view camera now that has 4 cams in one that you might want to see.
