When you wake up this time of year to a foggy morning, you know the trees will be covered in hoarfrost. I always hope for a sunny day so the trees look really beautiful against the blue sky, but is usually turns out to be a cloudy day.
As expected it is still cloudy here this morning.
We planted this Blue Spruce in my yard about 24 years ago when it was given to my daughter at a community club event. It was about 4 inches tall at that time. For a few years, it hardly seemed to grow at all and then it suddenly shot up.
Chester and I had our usual walk along the Red River and this is as far as we could see today.
Once I get a few chores done around the house you will be able to find me in the Boma on Africam. Drop by to say hello. 🙂
