Ducks and Bunnies

Today we have a couple of bunnies and some Common Goldeneye Ducks to see.  Some Cormorants (I think) flew by and I was able to get a quick picture of them too, but I missed a picture of 5 Pelicans flying by. The Pelicans came from behind without a sound and I just wasn’t ready for them.  I may have to plan a drive out to Lockport to see if I can get Pelican pictures on the weekend.

Chester is much more interested in the bunnies on our walks, but he does watch the birds on the Red River also, especially when there are gulls and geese, since they make interesting sounds.  🙂

These bunnies both knew that Chester was stalking them.  🙂

The Common Goldeneyes must have been doing a mating display because they kept putting their heads back onto their backs while I was watching.

Time to get my Africam time in before heading off to work.

    1. Thanks Mary. It was a long winter with not much to see, but spring is finally here and we do have interesting walks again. I always love your walks with Spotty too. 🙂
