Well – I had to see it happen before I figured it out – but once I saw it – I knew!
I wondered the other day how they got the equipment down to the riverbank from the road that was about 8 feet up. Yesterday morning, when Chester and I were on our walk, we saw a large dump truck backing down a ramp that they had built. So – they took the railing out and made a ramp for the equipment to drive on to go up and down.
I still can’t see the ramp itself – but I saw the truck backing down it, so I know it’s there. They have some other equipment there now and I have no idea what it is.
Actually, I didn’t look closely at this picture until I put it up here, but I can now see the top of the ramp – right in front of the truck. Of course, there is still a question as to how the first piece of equipment got down there to build the ramp. 🙂
Have you checked out Africam lately? I have (surprise, surprise). There have been a lot of cats lately on the cams. Lions, Leopards and even Cheetahs. If you check out the recent posts, you can find the individual videos of the visits or you can look at the 24 wild videos that combine each day’s videos into one for shortened versions of what have been seen. Of course, if you just watch the cams you may see something exciting live in action. 🙂 There is more than just the cats though, with Giraffes,
