I was able to walk a little later with Chester the last couple of mornings and got to see the sunrise both yesterday and today. I took 2 pictures each day. They are slightly different each time and I couldn’t decide which I liked best – so you get 4 sunrise pictures for 2 sunrises. I will put one of these at the top of my facebook page and will just have to decide which one. It might just be by way of eenie, meenie, minie mo.
Not quite like the sunrises in South Africa – but then not much here is like anything in South Africa. 🙂 They are pretty though, especially with the Red River and as the earth rotates a bit more, the sun will be a little more over the river as we move through October and into November.
Speaking of Africa, the Lions are still showing up on a regular basis at the Africam camera at Tembe Elephant Park. Of course, there are plenty of other critters there too, but the Lions are always exciting to watch. There is a chance you might get to see Isilo, the big tusker Elephant at the waterhole there also. This guy has huge tusks!
