The sun was up, but hadn’t made it past the clouds when Chester and I took our walk yesterday morning. We noticed that workers had been busy along the riverbank where the roadwork was done last year. Trees have been planted and by this morning, I expect that several bushes will also be planted. Now I know why they put all that dirt down a few days ago.

I wonder if they are going to plant grass and make it a park area.
Chuck from Handyman Connection showed up exactly when he said he would yesterday morning and began taking things apart on the outside of my sun room. There is lots of rotten wood under the rest of the siding, especially on the one end. I left him working on it and headed off to work myself. When I came home at lunch time, I took a couple of pictures of the progress made. He was out having his own lunch and picking up materials while I was there. I headed back to work again and when I returned, he was back at work. I should have taken pictures then, but didn’t get any more until after he had left and covered everything up.

Starting day #2 soon.
That first picture of the river, with all the pinks, purples and blues in it, is just delicious!

Thanks Marie. I love how things look different every day and even a slightly different times of the day. Today, it was just dark grey clouds, but I can look forward to tomorrow’s view. 🙂

Do you know what trees they are?

I didn’t really look at them very closely Mary – not sure what they are or even if they are all the same or several different trees.
