My Handyman Connection’s guy Chuck came back yesterday morning and finished fixing my sun room wall. 🙂 It looks so much better than it has all summer. He also climbed up to the eaves and fixed the downspout, which is where the water came from that got into the a joint that wasn’t joined properly. He is going to come back and take all the garbage away today since it was just starting to rain when he finished.
The siding that had been hanging got a bit dirty, but will be easy enough to clean off now that water won’t be leaking behind it.
The new trees that were planted along the river bank had quite a bit of yellow on them (as pointed out to me by my friend Chardon), so I thought I would get a couple of pictures of other trees. Chardon is right – we have lots of yellow leaves showing already. 😦
Like it or not, we’re heading into fall now and as we all know (as least those of us in my part of the world), snow will not be far behind.
Chester was not interested in the trees or the house fixing – but he did like to keep an eye on Chuck whenever he came in the house. I’m pretty sure that Chester will be able to do some of my handyman work around here soon. 🙂
