I think this little guy has made a home for himself under my front steps. I found him by my Mock Orange the other day surveying his domaine. He casually grabbed a leaf from the Mock Orange to chew on and proceeded to stamp around a bit to flatten the snow for himself or herself (I have no idea, but will call him, him).
Then I saw 2 pawprints on my bottom step – but none after that and I looked between the steps to see some snow had been flattened under the steps.
He is out there again now, but not in a spot where I could take a picture of him. He gives Chester something to bark at although he really doesn’t need anything else to bark at. With all the dogs that now live in the dog-friendly condo across the street that used to be a no pets allowed apartment block, Chester always has something to bark at these days.
I have started to put some bird seed on the railing just above my mailbox and the birds and squirrels throw food down on the ground for Mr. Bunny to eat.
I took the pictures from my livingroom window and was close enough to zoom in on him nicely. 🙂

I’m not sure if he thinks the snow on his head makes him blend in so no one can see him or not.
I have a Mr. Bunny too…he comes and visits the ground under the bird feeder a couple of times a day!
