A Return Visit to Bunn’s Creek Trail

After my first trip to Bunn’s Creek Trail, I checked a map to see where the creek ends so I can walk from there back to the park. It turns out that it ends when it enters the Red River and there is a parking lot there – so that is where I headed this morning. It was a beautiful morning, with the temperature above 0C for the first time in a few days. Having the sun shining was a bonus. πŸ™‚

From the parking lot, I first walked the path to the river where I took a few photos before starting.

All the photos from today’s walk were taken on parts of the trail that I did not walk on my last trip there. I did walk all the way to the park (where I started last time) and back again to the river.

I didn’t have any better luck finding birds or critters on this trip – they must all go into hiding when they hear I’m going to be there with my camera.

My FitBit indicates I walked 6 km or about 3.75 miles in about 1.5 hours.

    1. Thanks Hazel – it is a great place to walk and the temperature is supposed to be around freezing for a few days – so I may be outside walking again soon.
