Riding Mountain National Park – Day 3, part 1

Another beautiful morning for my first drive of the day.

I come here to see the critters – but the views are beautiful also.

The Loons were gathering in the water, and I’m not sure what they were doing, but my zoom lens managed to get a few photos.

The Loons are in the first photo and if you click on it to enlarge, you can see how much I had to zoom to get the rest of the photos.

Now, it was time for some bigger critters.

  • Bull Moose photos taken through windshield.
  • This Black Bear played in the puddle.
  • Another Black Bear beside the road.
  • I brightened this photo up a bit. It was taken through my dirty windshield and cropped – but there is a Moose with twins, so I have to show it, even though not a great photo.
