Riding Mountain National Park – final day

It is always sad to wake up to the final day of a vacation. I can never get tired of being in nature. The morning started off (amazingly enough) with a Black Bear. This bear was on a drive that I often take. It is a short uphill and winding road from the Wishing Well… Continue reading Riding Mountain National Park – final day

Riding Mountain National Park – Day 3, part 1

Another beautiful morning for my first drive of the day. I come here to see the critters – but the views are beautiful also. I started… Continue reading Riding Mountain National Park in Early Fall – day 2, part 1

I arrived at the Lake Audy Road without incident (or sightings), but… Continue reading June Trip to Riding Mountain National Park – part 3

August 28th – trip to the zoo

I had talked myself into building new steps for the back deck this weekend, but that didn’t… Continue reading August 28th – trip to the zoo
