The weather has been great for going on walks lately and I am enjoying the fresh air and exercise. This morning I decided I was going to walk around St. Vital Park.
I found some White-tailed Deer not far from the park, but I can’t take photos while driving, so I hoped to see them again, once I was inside the park. That didn’t happen though, but I still had an enjoyable stroll.
Last night’s sunset from my window A LOT of picnic tables in their winter vacation spot? Trail through the woods in St. Vital Park Couldn’t miss the Moon photo Red River looking towards Bishop Grandin Bridge over it. Someone standing on the river bank across the river Zoomed in view of the Bishop Grandin Bridge Looking north on the Red River Decorations on a tree. The blue ones are tied together & must have been thrown up since they are too high to reach without a ladder More Red River photos showing quite a bit of open water. The open water seems to end just ahead All frozen now Looking back south again where there is still open water.
I made a complete circle around the park which took me a bit under an hour. Before leaving though I went back and walked around the duck pond so my total walking time was 1 hour & 10 minutes. My FitBit tells me that I walked 3.1 miles or 5 km on the walk.
