I haven’t been to Oak Hammock Marsh for awhile, so today was the day for a return trip. I left early and was there before any other cars were in the parking lot. As a result I did not see anyone at all, but I did find some birds and a Muskrat.

I was glad I headed out there early before the heat took over the day. It has been very hot and since there are a lot of forest fires, there is also a lot of smoke in the air. It belt good to get back in my apartment with my air conditioning keeping the temperature under control.
