I Am BACK

After downloading and trying several different photo apps, and having trouble with the new learning curves, I was almost at the giving up point. But a couple of days ago, I saw a link to download my trusty old and no longer available photo app – Microsoft Photo Gallery. I clicked on that link and there it was.

I just have a few photos from a walk in the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve and Sardis Park/Pond, which is in between my home and the Heron reserve.

The Spotted Towhee was my last bird at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve and then I headed over to Sardis Park/Pond

The White Crow decided to pose for a couple of photos for me on this day.

  1. Good to know that you are back and well! I was concerned about smoke inhalation. Mine, not yours! I had asked a friend to shoot you a note about the camera applications, but he is a tech wizard, and more often than not I cannot understand what he tells me, however patient he might be! I am now in Raleigh, North Carolina, trying to get my son settled back in after 4 years in Hawaii. I would like to say he is taking it well. But I cannot. As soon as I get him set, and my renewed passport comes, I may head for the border. Your border! Stay safe, stay well! And thanks for the new pictures. Always love to see the turtles on watch! Cheers, Stumblebum

    1. Thanks for trying to help Tim – I did get a couple of suggestions by helpful people (who recommended apps) – but although I did download them, I just couldn’t figure them out. One of them may have been your friend. As soon as I saw my photo gallery available on a site, I grabbed it. It is so much easier to use than the complex ones (that probably do more – but this one does what I need).
